Hi, I’m Nathan, a Certified Unified Mindfulness Teacher.

I teach mindfulness using the Unified Mindfulness system developed by Shinzen Young. It is a structured, secular approach to developing attentional skills.

The practice helps you develop the ability to:

  • find relief from stress

  • experience more fulfilment

  • gain deeper insight into experience

  • act with more skill and flexibility

  • improve how you relate to others

In sessions we focus on developing skills you can apply directly in both formal practice and everyday life, supporting lasting changes in how you relate to experience.

In addition to mindfulness coaching, I bring a unique perspective as a piano teacher and work with musicians and pianists, applying attentional training and meditation strategies to practice, learning, and performance.
